He'll play the spot he's played for a number of years and which suits his body and style excellently - left side backrow.

Whether he wears 11, 12 or 13... who cares.

With Heigno, Lewis, Gal, Toops ect all likely gone by then as well we will not necessarily have the backrow depth we are use to. I agree, he is very likely to remain playing the position he currently does and there is nothing wrong with that
We have seen how he plays when given to much freedom/options... keep him on one side with a simple role and watch him continue to carve

Backrowers are like $7 crossword scratchie wins. There's always another one around the corner.

As a rookie & with his much publicized personnel battle it would easy to say the guy got a tad ahead of himself this year.
in a nut shell..
he was playin centre 4 the the saints in under 20's one year (2014) the next he was up against some of
the best nrl superstars the next playing 5/8 for a NRL team that made the semis the next. lol

with sound mentoring anything is possible for him.
Just hope in 10 years time he's still calling for it in the clutch, & for us..

Not sure of his reason for wanting to be a centre, but I'd love to see him in the backrow on the right edge with Beale. Imagine having:

8. Fifita
9. Ennis
10. Gallen
11. Bird
12. Graham
13. Lewis

Too many ball playing forwards - we desperately need a couple of good workers - and getting Gal into #10 - Good luck

Wasn't there a article before how he was about to leave but then got called up to first grade?
The other article I've seen it was pretty much as soon as he got here he wanted to leave and was granted time off then changed his mind after speaking with Lewis.

Sounds like the bloke might be a bit of a princess. Hopefully not I'd love to see him here for years but he needs to be a team player.

He's not a 6 at all. Can't kick and doesn't do enough with the ball.

9. Ennis
7. Townsend
6. Maloney
5. Feki
4. Bird
3. Beale
2. Holmes
1. Barba

That needs to be our backline come round 1.

Ironic that he thinks he wouldn't get enough ball at centre.Must be based on the amount of ball he saw the centres getting this year. Perhaps with a top flight number 6 that would change!!
