Agree with all of those. Forgot about Thompson. He reminds me a bit of Jeremy Smith- would make a good replacement when Jez hangs up the boots.

I'd take Idris too though. And Zillman impressed when he played in the centres last year.

I left off Idris because I think he'd want too much money. My list is based on who I think we could get for money that they're worth.

Yeah Bodene Thompson would be cheap and is the kind of player that'll get better with age. I'd prefer him to say Taufua.

Pointless thread as even if they did fold the nrl would keep the team together to fulfill the tv rights deal.

But if i had to chose players to improve our side from theres.

Douglas, Mead, Zillman and Rankin.

Douglas to bench Prop, Mead to Wing, Zillman either Wing or Fullback depending on form and who is playing better and rankin as backup to carney now Kelly is gone.
