Hull Daily Mail reports Tom Briscoe will join sharks on 3 yr deal next yr.

I watch a lot of the Super League and Briscoe is that sort of winger who turns a half chance into a try. WIth a full NRL off season would be a centre in the Josh Morris mold

i would hate from him to start his NRL career as a centre at the sharks

i think he would find himself on a plane to the old dart in no time

as a winger, he could ease himself into the NRL before thinking about playing as a centre

I agree with that, but it did take Josh a few years a centre to get it, I meant more his size and speed less his game awareness

How do you reckon he'd look playing in a pair of these?

If we have signed him for three years I don't mind trying to develop him into an NRL centre but even from his highlights he doesn't look ready and there is no point rushing it.

That is what concerns me especially when you consider it was already quite poor.

I think he would make a fine centre in the second or last year if he signs up. Blake Ferguson transitioned well. A lot of people on the forum wanted and still want Gardner at fullback and some wanted Gordon as a centre. Give Briscoe a bit of experience and I could see him carving up in the centres not trying to run over the top like Pom
