Constructive criticism is not the same thing as making up stats (3 errors per game) to criticise with.
It is crystal clear it was a guesstimate. I made nothing up, no need for porkies.

Having said that your stat of 1.3 errors I really do find hard to believe, and if true according to statisticians, wildly misleading.

Some good ideas but our structure has been the same for about 5 years - Flanno thinks it works obviously even though we punters think it does not.

You can change players about and dump a bloke or raise another but while Flanno is coach its going to the be the same old 3-4 runs up the middle then spread it wide for a tackle then kick.

Todd Carney has been shown to be a true superstar by being up to not only get us to the finals twice but do it under Flanno's plans (not entering into a should he have been sacked debate)

While always being aware of Carney being a very good player and being absolutely stoked for him to be at the Sharks and to then extend his contract, I also felt that over his career he had been somewhat overrated or over hyped and on multiple occasions I would have pointed out his hit and miss nature whilst playing for the Sharks.

Looking at our team's performance now without Carney and what they have to contend with inside of Flanno's coaching bubble I have a new found respect for just how damn freaken good a player Todd Carney was. A potential one of a kind.

We used to say it all fell on Carney's shoulders to make things happen but after Flanno's recent comments on his 'gameplan' it validates that it really did all fall on him. I suddenly feel somewhat more forgiving if his bad games. No player ever could get this rabble of a team to victory each and every week.

I'm keen for this new coach who has no weaknesses and pleases everybody. What's his/her name?
Ricky Stuart?

We don't need a coach that is perfect and pleases everyone - just one that is competent at coaching in the 21st century

I do agree that Carney was great for us. Seeing him play and instrument our come from behind win V Broncos last year was very memorable. However his match fitness was/is very fickle with that troublesome hamstring and I was beginning to feel his match reliability was suspect.
If we continue this form past round 6 or 7 then i will be very concerned. Im hoping for a turnaround and I think with Barba out of the equation for a fortnight it may happen. Wade will stiffen up the troublesome fringe. We really need our 1 to get much more involved running angles off the short pass.

First people were complaining about him wearing thongs to an interrogation, now it's his haircut?
