the lightest players in nrl are around 80kegs, keep eating and hit the gym.
early bloomers in first grade would be 17 at very earliest but if you back yourself dont even worry about age, get to point where your first grade standard

A few thoughts:

  • Keep training and listen to your coach
  • Improve your fitness, strength and conditioning
  • Practice all skills - modern footballers are expected to be able to do everything
  • Concentrate on fixing your deficiencies not just improving your strengths
  • Go to the park every day with your mates for a kick and throw around
  • Look after your body - if you don't it will not look after you
  • Eat healthy food and steer away from junk food
  • Lay off the booze and smokes
  • Watch as much top grade footy as you can and STUDY what players are doing both on and off the ball
  • Get a girlfriend who is supportive - not a drama queen (this of course means you'll be expected to be supportive of her "stuff" too)
  • Read up on personal motivation and success
  • Learn how to communicate effectively
  • Believe in yourself but not to the point that you don't listen to others
  • Have a goal for what you're going to do AFTER football - it's a young man's game

well done on your achievements so far mate

maybe go ask the sharkies if you can do some work experience at the club as well particularly on game day. it's not all about footy on the field.
