Yep. Each tame plays 24 games and gets 2 byes. So if a team has 12 wins that's 24 points + the points from the bye is 28.

So we should be aiming for at least 28 and a 50% win record.

6 games down, 2 wins. So 10 wins to go with 18 games remaining.

it makes you stop and think how important each win is, when you look at it like that.

sharks have not had a bye yet so guarenteed 8 pts no matter what.

assuming they need 28 pts to be safe (26 will be enough with a good f & a imo)
that means like you said they will need to win another 10 games.

Its not out of the question with how they been playing, might be worth looking at where they currently sit on the tab to make the 8
