my bad was the article in the leader which had a picture a couple of Shark youngsters with the Australian side and said how we are on a 3 year plan, and how the review helped the club

yeah,
it looked a pretty promising article.
i like the way he organised a training match for the sharky juniors VS the Kangaroos.
anyone who doubted having the aussie coach at the sharks was a good thing (if there are any) must be eating their words.
Ricky must've improved the spirit and morale of the whole place about a thousand fold already.
I can see good things happening in our future under ricky boys, very good things.

i would but dont have a scanner etc, and don't really know how.

At last we're moving in the right direction... but it does seem like the review has pointed out the blatantly obvious. We always said the sharks needed to be more professional, more proactive with media and marketing etc... The pic is just as interesting. Lockyer and co supporting Sharkies juniors. Lol

Glad someone stuck their nose in the review, I was a little filthy when they said no one cared about the information in the report. And as you said Hammerhead, we all knew what it was going to say anyway - Just like to see it in print: Mismanagement.

On the Juniors, it's about time, even if we do poorly this year in first grade, I'm loving the attitude of Ricky and the things he's trying to implement into our club.

The only thing is, I hope he has a good spotter... from what I remember all the good young players that he has promoted in the past have been pointed out to him by other coaching staff.

Well I was talking to one the coaches down there on the weekend, and they reckon they are VERY strict with the NON full contracted players to have jobs, otherwise they won't be getting a start. Good idea.
