with options now at out side. who will do the goalkicking for us next year? hannay or covell?

Covell, i think, he is a awsome goalkicker but when there is a a bit pressure on a kick give it to hannay.

Who ever Ricky wants to do the goal kicking. And I support him!
Given that I can't remember which feet the two kick with, they could even go like Orford and Smith did for Melbourne, with each taking the goals on their preferred side.

As far as I am concerned they can take turns, we need that kind of competitive spirit in the side.

Not Covell!! Covell has enjoyed the luxury of being in the team at times just because of his assett as a goalkicker. Not making him our front line goal kicker will put pressure on him to perform week in week out considering we have signed Bott, Stephenson, Albert, Laseini and Fraser ALL competing for one position on the other wing.
If Gorrell is signed then he should be considered and so should Hannay.
Part of changing the Sharks culture should include that every player needs to justify his selection in first grade week in week out!!

ppfftt covell is awesome under the high ball and is almost always in the perfect place when comeone kicks the ball up for him. plus he is a pretty damn good defender and steps up when he needs to.
plus the sharks finished 3rd last yet covell ended up with 3rd highest points. only 1 point behind johns who got it for a field goal. so basicly he matched johns on the boot. how can you drop someone liek that?
