With Bird and Beale both gone, hopefully Jesse Ramien might get some good game time next year. Still not sold on the idea of Val at fullback. Would prefer Dugun to play there and for Val to go back to the wing where I reckon he will knock up another 15 + tries next year. Hopefully though, he can prove me wrong on Sunday and really shine at the back.

I agree with bringing in Ramien, however he will fighting for a spot with gray.

I too think that we will get the most out of duges at fullback with val on the wing but who do we have outside of who? We cant break up the combination of feki and lutes or do we?

Reinvent footy ...

2 fullbacks. No lock. 2 props on the bench. Wingers always stay up in the defensive line and never drop back. Either fullback can join an attacking movement on eaither side. Every kick sees one of Dugan/Val returning the footy with the other in support.

Would at the very least be entertaining for a few weeks
