As for sin bin pretty sure they have a TV in the change rooms anyway and i've seen staff pop into the change room while a player is sin binned. Should be a literal bin, like a massive dumpster. If the player can't crawl out of it withing 10 minutes too bad you are down a man

Also make them fight a gladiator with those sticks with padded foam on the end. See how bad they wanna get back out on the field.

Well they don't seem overly concerned by it I think they like the idea of freeing up 800K of cap. Say the same unfolded with Trell to centre and he spat the dummy and wanted out. Who would take him with his constant antics and salary? Imagine the harmony in a team where the player tells the coach where he wants to play otherwise he wants out.
