Had a good game, a strong game, one of the dogs best. I'm glad he's got a regular starting FG spot now. Can't leave him out of that Dogs squad after a performance like that. Him and Taaffe kept the Bunnies defense on it's toes and took some gutsy carries. Dogs forwards went hard too.

Connor might have overrun that pass to him from Hutchison after the line break but I don't think Hutchison threw a great pass. Ball was too slow and behind Connor

Hawkins hard done by, they never call those a flop (where initial tackler comes off and rejoins after complete)

Yea I don't know what a defender is supposed to do there. Just let the ball carrier get up and pinch some more metres or run away down field?

I thought it was a bs call, tackle hadn't even really been completed when he came in to finish it off. Flops are obvious and late.

It was a really good game of footy but I think it was the Dogs that copped some rough decisions and non decisions for the most part and in a close game it might have been the difference.

Same but it shows how quick they can take a ****ing conversion when they have to. Burton didn't even wait for a kicking tee lol

Don't they stop the clock in last 5 minutes of a half? What's the exact criteria?

TBF, I agree he did improve and probably by end if game was a decent game for him but had some shocking moments (especially early on) as well.

NRL’s inconsistency has the clubs spooked and the commentators towing the line. WTF is Max Plath supposed to do there? It’s a legs tackle. His ass is on the ground. There is no rule against the players feet being under your torso. Just looks bad because the guy comes over the top.

He’s also the first man in. Didn’t come in second or third man and drop. Awful call.
