Todd smith.. wow. The broncos try with the marker being grabbed and dummy half scoots over, the ball hitting olam in the head robbing Coates of a crazy good try. The fact I had a decent chunk of $$$ on Melbourne 13+ hurts. Awfully reffed game of football- never seen a try like the broncos last one given before and probably never will again. Marker incredibly disadvantaged. Still glad the broncos lost they are ****ing pretenders.

Try from grabbing the marker he has to award. He knew it was dodgy, but he can’t ask for the bunker to check it unless he awards a try first.

The bunker got it wrong imo. 100% Correct call from Smith.

Why can’t he send it up no try and ask the bunker to review the contact on the marker?

First try for the broncos went up as a no try and came back penalty try.. so no reason the bunker can’t go back the other way.

Anyways over and done now but awful refereeing all round.

I was watching without audio so not sure what was being said but I thought marker instigated the grab so it’s his **** up and bad luck. Don’t wanna be caught grabbing the guy playing the ball? Don’t grab the guy playing the ball

when you watch the sharks this weekend watch how often the player at marker has a hand on the players playing the ball- it’s a no try and socials are already blowing up about this clowns performance tonight.

Terrible ref but I find it funny that Walters is being a bit salty, his team were the beneficiaries of most calls

For sure, happens constantly. Shouldn’t though. Gunna take a try off someone because the marker wanted to **** around?
