Just watched Warriors v Cowboys and have a question if anybody can answer. Vossy stated that it was illegal for players to jump up and down or distract kicker when taking a shot at penalty goal. I am no rules aficionado, my understanding was illegal during try conversion but allowable during penalty goal. I think both a permitted in RU
