Is it me or are they chopping and changing the Indigenous team?

Guessing this is some kind of reference...

Shame that Tricky/Kennedy chip play didn't work! Need something like that to get out of their end.
Yes mate. Perhaps you’re too young to know it. TV show Welcome Back Kotter. Got John Travolta his start.

Same as last year - looks alright taking a hit up, but shocking defence, especially laterally.

Best Sharks player tonight... Briton Nikora.
That's Official Whipping Boy Briton Nikora

Watching the Indigenous side is a lot like watching the Sharks.

Can't wrap up a tackle.

Hate to say it but the indigenous side is looking far better with Kelly at halfback

Ah Trindall had a good first half, but Kelly looks stronger the last few. But hard to really judge based on this game. Too many changes in the team during the game.

Herbert vs Ramien is my new Rafa vs Nadal. Geez they go hard at each other.

Bit mean that they played one of Australia's best bands when they received the trophy.

Indigenous side would have won if they had a decent forward pack. DFifita the only 8-12 starter, other side had JFH Tapine KBrom and Nikora having a good game.

Sharks spine didn’t get much help from hooker, at one stage Cotter went to a short side where the other team had a 3-2 numbers advantage.

Most importantly Māori side score two of their tries almost straight after WK went off.

I’m not fussed about how well our boys went it was just good to watch some footy. Conditions were appalling so you really can’t judge it too much. I thought both teams really put in.

Just hope there wasn’t any injuries.

It was definitely won in the forwards last night. The hooker for the indigenous side made me anxious with the time it took for him to get the ball out, then when he did it was to a flat footed receiver with the maoris already up in defence.
