I reckon you would be fine, especially if you change the colours to the same as the Sharks logo - blue and black.

the only issue from what I can see is the Sharks Logo,
correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't you have to permission to use the logo from the NRL.

By the way, love the shirt but I'd change the logo from red and yellow to black and blue.

Yes. Youtube sensation "superwog" got in trouble for this. Instead of simply the superman "S" he had a "SW" and was about to get sued before he removed it.

I've seen the logo used in many places,
a couple of builders in the Shire use it and didn't Mark Richards (MR) surfboards use the same logo.
