Took my Son down to the clinic today.

Jardz will make a excellent ground announcer one day look out Glenn Wheeler

A massive turn out approx 150 kids all the 1st grade players were there expect Degois, Gardner & Morris.

all the kids went into age groups and the players had set up 5 different drills every approx 20mins the siren sounded and the kids moved on
to the next drill.

after about a hour the player's went to the summertime bar and the kids lined up to get the Sharkies stuff signed.
followed by a sausage roll and a ice block.

Very well set up ran very smoothly, looked like the players were having as much fun as the kids.

My son cant wait for next year. Well done Sharks and players for turning up after a tough game last night.

Yes. Agree. Great day with my boys at shark Park. It was really well run and the players were great.
Bryce Gibbs looked a little ginger on his knee.

My young bloke was there. He has been going since it started 3 years ago. Has been great every year.

Well done to the club a great way to connect with the kids and make them Sharks for life.

Left home 8am yesterday, 2 hr drive,1 hour flight, 3 trains from airport and walk to ground from Woolawere? station. Returned home at Phillip Island 1 am this morning. Was all worth it, my kid had a ball, it was so well organised and the players were great if not a little banged up (funny when the kids smashed Toddy, but i think he actually already looked injured). Special mention to Poms,Ben Ross,Tyrone Peachey who were particularly good with the Kids( and Geoff Robson who showed his organisational skills amongst chaos) and of course a very tolerant Gal.What a great day, but Gee i reckon we have some injuries-Gal,Smith,Carney amongst maybe others.,Danger game sunday.

Well played Stormshark. That is some sort of effort.

Sure is! I know we will be back That's commitment!

Thanks Guys-Seperated parents and all that, where his mum won't let him train or play cause its NRL, we drive up to 2 hours to play at times -he was thrilled and what a well run day. If i had've seen the first post we may have made ourselves a little less inconspicuous with forum members, although i did hear a guy near me try and encourage a "Pomslam!" at one point.
