Thanks for that Jordo. So is Hookey confirmed? Is there any club in the comp he HASN'T played for? And how come Poms is listed here as a second rower, I thought we signed him as a centre?

Mark Lennon from memory is originally from COMO JRFLC and is a local junior.

But has been playing in Manly PL.

Who instigated the signing of Joven Clarke was it pre Ricky or did Ricky sign him with a plan to hide him in defence eg Presto ,so to utilise Jovens speed cause thats the one quality he does posess ,he is exceptionally quick ,the one worry i do have with the squad is centre although i rate Ben Pomeroy highly he is more of a defensive centre as is Josh Hannay which leaves us with limited options out wide ,Lee Hookey goes alright on his day but played plenty of reserve grade last year in a team with not much depth outwide last year , hopefully a coupla young blokes might emerge to put pressure on these blokes ,maybe If Travis Robinson overcomes the horrific injury he suffered last year or Dane Neilson, perhaps Tu'u Maori can make a centre whatever happens if we can get the centre pairing right i think we can have a good year.

Mate they have huge Wraps on robinson from what I hear, I hope he lives up to them.

Clarke was signed pre-Ricky.

Lee hookey wouldnt get a start in most premier league teams! Poms is our current top performing centre and deserves a regular chance n first grade along side Hannay. Joven Clarke ????? Are we trying to win a competition for signing the games smallest players??/ Presto, Merritt, Kearney and now Clarke? Burgess again I assume?

Tsk, we lost Peewee Moke. Shoulda given him more of a go last year.

I seem to recall a couple of young hopefull centers. With the new direction in the club they should be given the tools needed to really excell.

They have not signed Lee Hookey, that is only a rumour from what I am told from my Sharks contact.

i don't think that there is any reason for needing hookey, but i guess it will be good to have him for a replacement in case of injury

how goes it sharks fans. new shark on the block , jimmymac, with plenty of opinions.firstly i agree that both clarke & hookey are wasted buys as i am sure we have guys in prem league that are just as good.i also think we have a good forward pack for next year but was unhappy losing guys the quality of stosic and lovegrove as they had talent.
