This issue gets raised nearly every week is there someway to make it a Sticky thread maybe? I'm guessing it woul be very hard or it would have been done, maybe a certain spot in the site?

Mods do you think we could maybe put a thread in the sticky with that link so that people aren't constantly asking where it is?

From memory it was a sticky thread before and people still didn't see it. For some reason people ignore sticky threads.

Plus it was on the front page. F3+'Tipping+Enter and bingo, there it is.
