27K crowd - how much does that stadium hold?

A packed Shark Park would've been far better, but yeah dead horse flogged...

Good win - I really needed that after feeling ****ty about the sharks all week. Putting the Rabbits out of their 2015 misery feels good

Thought our defense all game was really good, the try's they scored against us were disappointing but were momentum try's so hard to contain, wasn't from lack of effort

A very tough game coming up against Cowboys in Townsville followed by the seemingly impossible against Storm in Melbourne but let's see what happens, we got the job done tonight maybe we can repeat it

Our road to the grand final is

Cowboys

If we win that

Storm

If we win that Roosters/Dogs/Broncos

No matter who we play, who anyone else plays, from here on, whoever makes the grand final will have seriously earned it

Please I'm the one shovelling in the coal to keep it going..
Great 65 min team effort today everyone doing their job, next week we need 80min x 17 players.
Val, gal then later Ennis were off at the end, we were definitely in a position to take the foot off the pedal a bit and did.

My only issue was taking that last 2 when we were up 26-0. If we kept it up their end then we may have held them out completely.

Yeah the boys!!!! Good win but we will need to be better than that to roll the cowboys in Townsville.

Who would of thought last years wooden spooners would knock off last years premiers.

Revenge from the 9's as well.

That proud.

i could handle that. 26 points is 4 tries and a penalty. 28 pushed it to them needing 5 converted tries. I think once u are ahead like that its wise to just keep adding points as they are gifted

Yeah I hear what you're saying, but in that position we could have scored and pushed it further, or turned it over 5 out. As it happens we took two, they regathered of the kick off and scored, almost no chance of them scoring If they had to go the 100

Feel good about next week. SuperCoach should spend some time coming up with a plan for the Storm. They are tough. I reckon we have to try and bash them. They are the toughest bunch of bad boys out there. Much harder than Dogs.

you are right about them scoring. But i think we played it well. We didnt take the 2 when we had earlier chances, so once the game was basically out of reach, i was happy for them to take it

That was the problem, not the decision.

such a sweet feeling kicking the Bunnies out. Such a good atmosphere at the game ! Way more Sharks fans than Souths.

Also like to say, I was a big fan of the lead commentator today.

Think his name was Thompson?

Unlike Rabs, the guy just called the footy and didn't try and talk nonsense with Johns and Gould.

Was refreshing to watch a channel nine game and not hate the commentary.

Yeah but the kick off before they went short too, so I feel we were better off playing a positional game to finish it. End of the day they played unreal, very proud of the effort.
