Ike is the fastest. Gards is pretty damn fast, not sure over long distances though. Very elusive. Mills appears to be slow despite talk to the contrary. Stapleton same as Mills. Carney and Kelly are very fast for halves.

ike and gards are for sure the fastest but i reckon a fully fit full off seasoned stapleton would have some pace, on wikipedia it says

"Nathan Stapleton (born 1 December 1989) is an Australian Rugby league player in the National Rugby League, from Deepwater in the New England region of Northern New South Wales. He plays for the Cronulla Sharks. He attended Toowoomba Grammar School and The Southport School, where he competed in many sports in the GPS competition, most notably for sprinting. Nathan is the younger brother of Rugby Union player Brett Stapleton.

also this in a article on sharks.com

"Fast enough to turn out the light and jump into bed before it gets dark, this 20-year-old speedster – who boasts a personal best of 11 seconds flat over 100 metres – “hated” athletics growing up and lives his life at a laidback, country pace."

ike, carney, gards. Gards is more agile and would have better acceleration than carney though.
