Yeah seemed way too complicated. There was a reason he stayed at dnipro for so long with the reported interest from us and pool, happy we didn't go through the trouble.

I think it's a good one, along with Darmian and Depay. It's a good start, but they still need another centre back, now that it looks like Ramos is off the table for time being, I'm really hoping they get the Otamendi deal done. I think they also need a new striker now that RVP is gone, a lot of people reckon they're interested in Gotze. I think they also still need to sign Schniederlin.
I also just heard that Schweinstieger is the first German ever to play for Manchester United. Quite remarkable.

Schweiny is a risk. 31 and injury prone but if he gets his body right he will be awesome in the PL. The small fee lets you know the risk involved with it.
