I’d rather Dale leaves for somewhere else and we use that money to try keep Williams. (I don’t know our cap atm but my guess is we are pretty bloody close now to having not a great chunk of change left with all the re signings).

BHU, Hunt and Rudolf are always guaranteed for an injury. Makes re-signing Williams so important.

I doubt we have not set aside cap space to retain Williams - if the club wants to keep a player they make it happen and I don't see Fitz not wanting to keep Williams, especially with how often our middles get injured
