They looked pretty clow* last year too, although admittedly Vaughan to Woods is not an acceleration.

It was a very Chad game - the kicks to the corner were tactically sound but they were definitely fundamental Chadball.

yes incredible effort first game up for us - one of the big reasons we recruited him but I was expecting him to be that flawless, the handful of ineffective can be overlooked/forgiven that is nitpicking a bit. better than no tackle at all, prob helped interrupt the ball carrier enough for help to arrive and completed the tackle

Dale's carries are pretty good too plus he has a pass even if it is the typical lock pass of running to the line and cutting it back in to a half. maybe those will go to kennedy in the future to diversify our play a bit

Probably a better fit than Wade, but we will see what happens. Regardless of the C, Dale will still be doing the same job.

On a side note, we finally have leadership in Volumes. Fifita, Wade, Dale, Cam, Fifita, Tolman. It’s bloke like these giving it their all the whole game that will keep our younger blokes heads up.

He seems composed talking to refs. The refs listen when you talk to them and not just shout and whinge to them.
