I love these games, I have them on VHS somewhere... One of these games Russell Richardson bombed one of the easiest tries ever - open run to the try line with chasers no where near him and he drops the ball dead on the try line.... I was embarrassed just watching it!

Wasn't that in the first round of finals against Brissy? Would have got us the game. Might be an different one as in that game he had some defenders around him

Possibly, although I was sure it was against one of the English sides ... I just know it was in the SL WCC... to my mind he just dropped it cold with no help at all.

I remember in an NRL game (or superleague) he did that, but also may have been Brett Howland?
