Funny in the presser. They were talking about Hynes and Trindalls performance and Fitz said they have only had 9 or 10 games together so are still building.

Sure, just saying that it has its place when used at the right time and many of the successful coaches do it

My original post said ‘did you see the spray Des gave’ as an overall towards coaches giving their team a spray.
It’s sometimes required and it does work example Bellamy, Cleary etc

I agree it's sometimes warranted but I also think not all coaches are the same. Do you see Bennett spraying his players much? I feel as though Fitz is more in that mould.

For the record, I‘m not against a good spray when needed.
There are times when a “good spray” will have the desired affect on a playing group.
