That’s exactly my point.

Who else is going to cover Wilton though with who we had available today? Talakai? Then who do you play at left centre?

Williams has been great in the middle but history has shown him to be pretty bad on an edge, Wade made sense, has played his career in that position even if he isn't the player he was and missed some tackles Wilton prob would have missed some anyway and Wade was ok with the ball.

Don't get me wrong Wilton was looking really good and Wade let us down at times but I don't know what the alternative was as it happened early game and we needed someone to put in minutes regardless. No point keep Wade on the bench if your starting backrower goes off. Maybe would have been different if we had Dale on board today.

Good lord, I thought what I said was pretty clear.

I’m not criticising Graham to come on to cover Wilton, that is a no brainer.

What I’m confused on is Graham is used in the middle rotation. With him coming on and covering for Wilton left a gap in that middle rotation, yet we still didn’t see Colquhoun until the 50th minute which is peculiar to me.

It’s the coach.

Flanagan instilled fear into the players.

Fitzgibbon is your mate.
I think Fitz isn’t a good coach at all

Don’t rate him and don’t like how we play under him

Hate his selections and hate how he speaks about team performances when asked

Some coaches will call it black and white and you know where they stand but with Fitz all you get is a bunch of waffle

Been thinking that for quite a while also mate. People won’t agree though.

I think the players respect Fitzgibbon as an ex player, but not as a coach. He doesn’t demand that respect because they know, win or lose, they are still getting kicked next week.

I don’t care what people think

If we did we would be wrong like most of them

How many games do we normally see Graham on before 50 mins? I'd guess its normally closer to 60 before we see him.

Unless something drastically changes in his approach, I can’t see us winning or even coming close to a premiership under Fitz

Anyone actually know who is out defensive coach?
Might be time to shake the assistants up a little as well

Some concerning signs as we are arguably worse in many areas than under Bomber who had a reduced cap to work with

Like I said before - our attack is WOEFUL, defence is bad but our attack is just as bad

Don’t be fooled

Our attack is a sweep play, and that is all.

Most teams have it figured out.

Quick press conference. Fitzy clearly not happy. Be an interesting couple of weeks. Doubt much will change though.

We also shouldn't have kept Hannay, Fitz selections and decisions are similar
I agree with that , can't stand the guy , as soft as toffee as far as I'm concerned . Look at the Warriors as an example , that bloke they called Cappy , he was there in some capacity for years , got rid and look at them now .
