Heighington is a good signing, but for me - especially if J.Smith ends up staying - this now means that Bukuya (right) and Graham (left) have to be our centres for next year. Bestie is retired now and Pomeroy can't be considered anything more than a fill-in player if we are seriously going to challenge next year.

There is no point having 7 great/good back-rowers and no centres. Wade would need to lose a few kgs and Bukuya would need to improve his lateral defence, but I honestly think that is the best way to go. Beau Ryan and Jonathan Wright are far better wingers than centres in my book and it appears Flanagan doesn't view Stewart Mills as a first grade centre, so Graham and Bukuya are worth a look as our 3 and 4.

Graham has had a sensational/career defining move to the second row, why would you change him again hed have to learn a new position, he played centre 1 game this year as a fill in for an in game injury and he was horrible, it would be all to confusing for the bloke and would muff up his development!

Bukuyas pretty quick but i dont think hes that quick and graham is no speedster, im sick of having slow centres it makes defending harder, i see where your coming from but its just not realistic or logical.

Moving graham out of the second row for heighington. Maybe the worst thing that could ever happen at cronulla ever.

The only people that would be happy about this would be Jamie Lyon, Josh Morris, Justin Hodges etc etc.

Surely it'll be announced tomorrow, or else it's going to be awkward for Beau on The Footy Show tomorrow night.

Well I guess that's up to the club and the two players involved
Guess wether the club wants to do a media conference for sponsorship exposure. In saying that would be good exposure for the club
Be funny if beau walked out on the show wearing our jersey :p haha

Someone will be moving from back row to prop next year. I think Bukuya could handle the centres but he is best in the back row. Pom and Leutele are the front-runners for those spots.
