i was shocked to read in todays paper about cronulla and saddent o see see what loks like a lack of comittment for the club

one comment which i couldn belive is the ceo saying someting like lucky half of the premier league team wont be here next year or something alng those lines

now how would that make you feel as a player, your ceo looking forward to you going.... if he wants to talk about no prde in the club how about supporting your players to at least to the end of the season even if they are leaving.... so next week after a nice pep talk like that maybe they will gte beaten by 80

I thought exactly the same thing. Very unprofessional thing to say about your own employees, even if they aren't delivering. Maybe the players need support, not criticism.
And then to hear on Nine news tonite how Raper has banned Albert from talking to the media about his axing - after Albert had already spoken to Nine's Danny Wiedler about it.
Raper then refused to front the Ch 9 cameras to talk through his team selections !%$#? What's he hiding from???
Just shows the lack of professionalism running through the joint, from the top down. If they want to get serious they should start with a media training course for management and senior players in the off season. What not to say, and how not to say it. Or in Raper's case, why you shouldn't run from the media.

Sorry I am not a rocket scientist but Anderson didn't get the Aus job because he as "the shittest coach".

Also one thing sticks in my mind, not 100% sure of the season but we had lost about 5 or 6 possibly more in a row and it was mid-season, Anderson made changes dropped who needed to be dropped, COACHED AND MOTIVATED a seachange of momentum wins that leds us to a Grand final qualifier, which we only just got done in.

Oh that's right then he was pumped and backdoored. Sorry but last time I checked we were in a NRL comp not a year 6 class president election,sorry popularity contest.

This is a bloody multi million dollar business and the clowns who run the club run it like a mother's meeting out the front of the school gate. Anderson was shafted big time, all because he wanted to change a losing attitude here and put a few people offside by doing it.
