We've seen a taste of Paul Gallen's short-kicking game, serious question, can Gallen kick goals?

He can obviously do everything else on the footy field! Plus, Corey Parker manages 80 minutes in second row every week and kicks goals for the Broncos, maybe Gallen can too?

I'd love to see an attempt later in the season or if we're up by a heap, bet he nails it.

I think when Gal retires they name the Southern Grandstand the Paul Gallen Grandstand.

If Gallen can kick, then he will kick. He can't so he isn't. It isn't an issue of Gallen being worn out, the Parker comparison is an odd one.

I remember being at the game when Thommo absolutely flogged that one over the posts and onto captain cook drive in that game against the dragons. It was brilliant.:worthy:

I would rather he took a couple of steps back and let the team play let the halves do what they need get the ball out wide etc etc etc.

still cant get over how many 'Gal' bashers there are on this forum. He's pretty much all we've had to be proud of in the last couple of years and people still try and blame him for our problems. We can't possibly be that desperate, it was only 3 years ago we were minor premiers....

Even though I cant stand the tool Gus, even he has said the same thing a guy that has played at the highest levels of league It was also said a couple of times on Fattys Saturday morning radio show up thus way came up on the roast its more then just one person saying it its many and they are ex-players.

It more looks like many of you are blind to the Gallen hype.

I wouldn't swap him for the world but I think he is part of the problem at the moment and its a shame.

im not a gallen basher. he is seriously my hero. if ur doubting my support for him or the club then bite me. but i agree with willy. he is a small part of the problem. not the whole problem. but he aint helping. he just needs to run the ball hard and offload and tackle!
