Can he play lock though is the question.
In Cup - yes. He played heaps of lock at Wynnum. He's also played there at least once for the Jets - possibly more. Stayed on as a running forward when Healey came on.

In the NRL? You'd have to try it and see.

If he can get busy and is effective in defense he can help tighten up the middle during game, which would be his main purpose. Could also get him to do dummy half runs or dummy work at times, giving Brailey a breather while still on, instead of totally taking over at hooker.

Thats if you didnt want Moylan or a back as utility, who would most likely sit the bench majority of the game unless there was an injury. A fresh mobile and fast player who can defend in the middle brought on around the 60th minute mark could make a difference, instead of throwing moylan on within the last 10 mins just to give him game time.

Probably too late now but he should have been next captain. Let Hynes concentrate on learning his craft.

Can't change it now though. Would have too much negativity around it.

If Fitz isn't starting Cam at 13 next year instead of Finucane it will show he still hasn't got balls to make the correct decisions, it should have happened this year. Fitz just keeps running out his great signings top save face.
