Probably one of the only players that could don a great big bit of ear plaster and no one bothers to ask why or how.
Haha. If Hynes had that on his ear it would be lead story on Channel Nine news. Danny Weidler would claim a Scoop one on one with the plaster!

If Hynes had one we'd all be sporting them now

Mickennis seems to be coming good, should hit straps on Sat.
Yeah but awkward thing is who is our other lock?

In a healthy squad do we start Dale and bring McInnes off bench (Dale goes into prop rotation)?

Do we start McInnes and move Graham from edge to give him a break and then bring Graham off and McInnes back on?

Is Trindall a roving 13 late in game for McInnes (when his PTB speed could be most beneficial to create something)?

Injuries reduces the number of questions

What’s the chance this dudes face just flat out falls off before seasons end? Between he and Finucane we’ve got two of the toughest heads in the game.

barley even mentioning him after this weekends game

15 runs, 150m (68 PCM), 36 tackles (2nd most) for 1 miss

This has serious potential IMO

1. Moylan
6. Johnson
7. Chad
9. Brailey
13. McInness
Also just saw this, had a chuckle. Guess things didn’t play out like we expected

Definitely surprised he hardly got a mentioned in the 3/2/1 picks or the Hms.

Everyone.

Seriously though... we've had some time to see this question answered.

For McInnes coming off the bench the last little while, the strategy has been for him to either play the final 60, or for him to play about 40-50 and then bring on someone else to finish the game.

I don't think there is much difference between 8, 10 and 13 with the ball for the Sharks atm. I think Fitz wants one big bloke on there at all times for kick returns and to take the "pre-shift" or "pre-clearing kick" hit up, but the other 2 could come from blokes under 105kg and he'd be comfortable playing like that for 15-20. I don't really see much of a difference in ball movement between forwards other than to say that Finucane is better than the rest. Even some of BHU early-season games you could look at and say that he is playing like a 13.

Defensively though, McInnes is a wolverine and covers a lot more ground than the bigger blokes.

Yeah pretty much agree

He starts on the bench but I'd say McInnes is our 'main' 13
We start a bit bigger with Finucane but that's more just playing three props until we want to inject McInnes.

Fitz does like to keep one of BHU/Hunt/Fifita on when we can.

Wade starts on the edge and Trindall on the bench (when picked), both can pop up back in the middle late but that's just to get some fresher legs and ball movement out there late.
