Having recovered from foot and ankle problems, Mitch Brown and Blake Green
will make their return to rugby league this weekend for the Cronulla Cobras in a NSW Cup match against Western Suburbs.


Brown broke a bone in his foot during the pre-season and has yet to play a competition game for the club in 2008, however he has been chosen to start on the wing for Craig Wilson’s Cobra’s this coming Saturday afternoon.

Solid when presented with an opportunity in the top grade towards the end of 2008, Sharks coach Ricky Stuart will be looking for a scouting report on Brown after his first game back to assess his progress for a possible NRL return in the coming weeks.

good to see these booys back. i hope brown plays well so he comes back to the 1st grade side asap

Its a typo mate, he's a Bulldog. Bulldogs resigned him, he's a winger.

He has played first grade for the Dogs this season and is a former Junior Kangaroos representative.

hoping to see browny in a few weeks. probably wouldnt be a good idea to throw him back in just yet. after all the wraps that greeny got when he was signed, i hope he gets another shot
