i think melbourne will win next week.
the good news is that the bronc's in brisbane is always a tough game, and yesterday was a tight struggle.
so hopefully smell-bourne will be a bit tired and flat when the come and meet us.

i don't really care who we play against, i just hope tat they beat the crap out of each other next week!

a couple of injuries wouldn't hurt either!

I think Broncos will wipe the storms clean!! , although id like to play storms because i know the broncos will give it to them with their pack haha, storms are down tired and they will be bruised from broncos then come to us and have to try scoring will be hard for them, at the end of the day i dont mind playing either i know sharks will be up for it!!

The Storm would be a great warm up game for the Grand Final. The Broncs i think we can roll them with ease. Honeslty i think it's the year of the Shark, So bring on any team. We will take them.

Either, we can beat anyone now! Lets just make sure we all get out and support the boys. Remember the team we play will be from out of town and we need to make sure we support and overide their support!!

I totally agree, the broncos should win comfortably assuming that none of their players are in jail !!!! lol

i live up here in brissy and everyone is excited about this game, suncorp will be absolutely packed.

ive got the feeling that the broncos will get home in a close one (obviously depending on how this sexual assualt case goes, but if players are cleared to play)...it will be a cracker of a game. storm have gotten rusty, a loss a couple of weeks ago to the knights, then they smash the rabbitohs (big deal) and lose to the warriors. melbourne have massive cracks.

as for warriors v roosters...i seriously think the warriors will win here, as long as they have gotten over their game against melbourne.

the broncs will be hard to beat up there, but the storm will win it. especially if the rapists (hunt, boyd and thaiday +1) are out. on the other hand, the broncs could rally lie we did when bird was 'removed'.

sharks vs. storm next friday @ SFS. i love that we'll be playing an interstate team

Broncos would have to be favourites to get the money with the home crowd behind them. Either way I am very confident that this game will be one too many for either team to be able to follow up with a win against the Sharks. You just get the impression that Melbourne will be deperate to save their season and will seekt to bash the Broncos upfront. The Broncos on the other hand are not coached by a rookie and know that the only way to neutralise the Melbourne attack is to steam roll them up front. With a rabid crowd behind them they qill get very physical with the Melbourne pack. There's no doubt that these two will tear each otehr apart.

At this stage Im more interested in the New Zealand - Roosters clash. Im expecting to see New Zealand play a fast expansive and physically dominant game that will be too strong for the Roosters which in turn will set up a very interesting game with Manly. Out of the two I honestly think only New Zealand have a chance at stopping Manly from reaching the Grand Final. I honestly believe that Cronulla has it in them to beat any of the teams left in front of us but if Manly were no longer in the race then in my opinion we would have an even better chance of scoring our maiden premiership mostly because going off Saturday nights form they are the team who's football looks most like ours at the moment.

yeah i didn't really expect any action to take place over the incident involving the broncos, not because i think they are innocent but because i think whoever holds the power up there is keen to keep it hush. at this stage im not sure who i prefer to play in our next game, we seem to have the blueprint to beat the storm and have beaten them this year in our only encounter (which was at olympic) but the broncos are probably a less methodical team and are less relentless in defense. so i guess i will reserve judgment until they play and vote for the team with the biggest injury count.

It seems that we would have the advantage over either of them at the Sydney Football Stadium. (I'll regard it as an away venue for all three teams)

2008 away record:
Sharks 8 wins, 4 losses
Melbourne 6 wins, 6 losses
Broncos 5 wins, 6 losses, 1 draw

A lot of sides have it hard backing up after they play the broncos,So if its the storm they will be battered and bruised....If its the broncs it will be just as tough...Lets hope its the broncos cause i hate the storm more than the broncos.
