Uele also has stated he is happy to take a pay cut which just shows how far our club has come under Fitz, Price, Dino and having Mooney back ect.

some seriously good comes are coming our way!

Not exactly, I don’t think.
He said he’d stay for less than other offers but I doubt he’d be taking a pay cut. We’ll still give him a deserved bump I assume

Happy and ambitious atmosphere in a club performing well and on the way up.

About as good a workplace as you can get as a player.

Should mean we continue to get improved value out of our cap.

I can remember flanno saying how he had a certain % of the cap on each section of the playing squad, e.g backs, forwards etc

I get the feeling you won't see the $800k+ type contracts with fitzy unless it's a special player in the halves

If you look at dale and nicho they were both around the 600k mark from memory

Good. Nicho i feel in 2 years will need to be upgraded to possibly 800k a season (maybe more) but apart from him i really think the rest of our squad's salaries wont change to drastically.

You wanna win the comp but as soon as you do pretty much everyone’s value in the 1-17 goes up, the trick is, when you win the comp you wanna hope there all locked in for another 2 yrs

Or that you have the likes of a Tago and May waiting to come into the first grade side!

I think quite a few will need to change if we keep improving the way we have been.
