Holy crap he was good. Best 40 mins I've seen him play, he absolutely went up a gear. I 100% believe if he stays on we win. He went off and we immediately lost our ascendancy in the ruck. This lack of go forward was a contributer to the intercept too as we lost the roll and they weren't on the back foot.

His engagement of the markers and darts were awesome. Few more kilos to strengthen his D and I reckon he guns for cooks origin spot in a few years.

Really was a great watch that first 25 minutes.. we shouldn’t be surprised this game and/or our season has been derailed by injuries all year.

Just shows how important he’s become for us in such a short amount of time. He has the Rugby League world at his feet. Hopefully the club looks after him properly. I dream of a spine of Hynes, Burton and Brailey being lead around by Johnson. It won’t happen, but hey I can dream can’t I?

Morris said in the post match pressor it was groin/hammy but on the field I am sure I saw him clutching his ankle /lower shin and getting strapping around it by the trainer
maybe that was just one of various injuries he copped and the ankle isn't as bad

he hobbled off though so at least one part of his lower body was bothering him

Yeh morris got that wrong, he and brailey had ice on their ankles and left on crutches with moon boots on

How does he even get that wrong? He was in the sheds with a huge ice pack on his ankle at half time and a tonne of strapping on his ankle before he came off
