I realised Finucane played under Fitz when he was Country Coach. Might help.

Defn keen to get Finucane, with him and McInnes it fixes up our middle.

Well if we're getting Liu and Tapau (who's been playing really well lately) then we're probably not looking at Finucane then.

we are as we need a new bench and forward pack really

woods is less and less likely to be around, hunt is no guarantee to come back half as good as he was, we will try and get out of fifitas contract, tolman probably wont be around, uele hasnt hit a high standard and we have no real prop prospects begging to play first grade

I'm hoping Uele can reach his potential with Fitzgibbon but if we can get a couple of good middles, maybe 3 it'll make a big difference to the squad.

Uele is someone who needs a coach that can get to him mentally, his potential is there it’s just he goes through his own phases in his head, not the typical “professional” you’d want in your forwards.

A good coach who is a good man manager can turn Uele into a tank weekly

We've missed the half whose boot could compensate a less effective pack so now we bolster the pack. Which we needed to do anyway. The game is ****ed but it'll still be won up front.

And on Brailey I still feel like he hesistates too much to back himself.

Someone tell him he’s better then anyone else on our team and to just got for it when he sees it regardless of who’s calling for the ball

Yep, exactly. He's got all the other attributes, just needs to work on his consistency which is all mental.

I don't think him playing 80min is helping

This is an interesting one kiwi .

Wondering if Mcinness might play the first 20 mins there and then move to lock .

An extra interchange though ....

Takes a middle off though so you could do it okay if you wanted.

Really what we should do is drop Blayke to bench or Cup to find some form and play Paterson. We really have no idea how good he can be until we’ve put 50 NRL games in him

I'd be good with that, so long as he was hooked in his first game if he hasn't scored a length of the field try by half time

This might be true, he’s got a crazy good skill set.

Want to see him back himself. I can understand him falling back and letting Chad and SJ dictate a little more but I wouldn’t be suprised if he actually turns out to be the most creative player in our team

Enjoy this moment... I agree with you... mostly :)
(Except for the 'suprised'. Pick up your game champ)

BB's shown he has the tools, just hasn't emptied out the tool bag in any one game

yeah nice game from him, you can see he got involved a bit more. Once he starts getting even more involved he'll be even better.

Still want him to kick more, not sure if he only kicks when there's a 40/20 on but he should do it more imo. Takes pressure of SJ since Moylan and Graham aren't kicking.

Yeah, we need a second kicker. SJ didn't get any pressure from a generally ordinary Titans, but we won't be so lucky against a half decent team
