One of the Sharks better recruitment and retainment decisions in the last few years was that we kept the best Brailey

Great post Burgess, cheers. I’ll have to watch it again now. The other advantage of having Blayke more involved in this way is that he doesn’t seem to be injury prone, unlike our Moylan and SJ, so week in week out he can provide consistency in our structure and attacking shape. It’ll provide something for the sadly ever changing halves to slot into.

We can't let Parra take Blayke, imo we need him in the future, he is very young but he's a good player, makes good runs every now & then, has a good long pass on him (better then Tracey) & I think this guy will only get better, he'll be a good solid hooker for years to come. His kicks near the line just need less weight on them.

Really needs to start asking more questions out of dummy half. He has the speed and ball playing ability. The little dart to draw in the first defender to give the forwards some extra space were great when he did it. A bit clunky, but you could see the defence sat back a second extra each time.

Developing nicely just needs to run the hall more.

when my kids run through the hall I get a bit upset!!!!
one of em' will crack their heads open...:lmao

but yes in time I reckon we will see more runs, and deft kicking to the in goals...if it doesn't we need Ennis to mentor him more
