I've said it before in another thread, my best scenario for the Sharks is that neither Bird or Gallen get selected for SOO II, the Blues get a dust up, and then Gallen and Bird both announce their unavailibility for selection in SOO III.

You would think they either have to pick them for II or not at all, no point picking them for game 3 if we lose game 2.

I hope they don't get picked, be better for our club games.

i hope they are picked they deserve to be picked and would make a huge impact if they are picked they are the inform back row of the comp. gal has stepped up another gear and birdy is carving up under ricky if he has a good game at 5-8 on saturday he should be picked , i reckon gallen is already in

Forgive the sarcasm, but Blind Freddie can also see that there is racism and politics involved in NSW Rugby League selection.

If Greg Bird (barring only injury/unavailability) is not selected to play in the Blues starting lineup for SOO II, the NSW Rugby League can also be fairly labeled as clubists.
