i think people are getting a bit ahead of themselves. It doesnt even mention him re-signing. Its more a point of him needing to perform to get a new contract done up. In Pom style he will probably play **** and the side will cut him if that happens.
Not to mention the team has just become so much less attractive as a place to sign, coupled with the issues of 2011 players, we may be forced to keep him around as silence and/or just so we have the numbers
