The Tigers forwards culture has been the worst in the game for some time. The good ones leave and go better elsewhere, and the rest get to about 80% of their ability.

His numbers for a bench prop are really solid and with about 100 games at age 26 he's coming into his prime. If Flano can get 10% more quality out of him then he'll be one of the better bench props in the comp and solid starter when injuries hit.

And he competes hard.
