I'm just worried about the Sharks keeping their own young guns.
Watch the offers come thick and fast for Holmes and Bird in the future.

holmes is here for another 2 years anyway so no need to panick
we should be in birds ear now, with big coin
I think we should give bird a decent contract and also up holmes as a good deed. Youve been good to us and think youre worth more so take a pay rise before your next contract
I get what you're saying but there is so much more to managing the cap than flicking a few extra bucks to a bloke for a good deed.
Both should be high priority but mate no doubt.
He'll be our first close to a mil a year player.
god i hope not
With cap increases, there will be players on 800+ everywhere.
Worth a sniff ?

Kalifa Faifai Loa has two games to earn a new NRL contract with the Gold Coast.
The 25-year-old winger says uncertainty over his future at the Titans in 2014 and a desire to support his family following the death of his father last month is behind his successful comeback to first grade.

Faifai Loa is in contract negotiations and is unsure if his future will be on the Gold Coast.
“I don’t know what I’m doing next year so hopefully the last couple of games will get me a *contract here or anywhere else,” he said.
“Ever since my dad passed away that’s been my motivation … every game’s for him.”
