Over all the DCE Carnival , then check this .

Rugby League Week reports at least two NRL clubs are attempting to lure Bryce Gibbs out of retirement.

A fan-favourite among rugby league fans, the 30-year-old prop has attracted interest from the Sea Eagles and Cowboys.

Gee, I would have thought they'd choose a classier place than that. I've been to Miramare Gardens to be an exhibitor at Career Expos. Isn't that great a place.

Wouldn't think you'd have to lure him.

Makes me laugh this thread.
Does anyone on here or in the media seriously think they know what Cherry-Evans is going to do or what clubs he is likely to seriously narrow it down to.
There are three people that know - Cherry-Evans, his girlfriend and his manager.

4 dosit is in the inner sanctum

Hey guys,

When Foran signs with Parra, and if DCE signs with us or the Tits, please light a candle for 'ol mate Steve Matai. I hope they don't leave him alone with any sharp objects.

If Foran signs with Parra then it is hard to see Manly losing DCE. They said he had had a 3.5million guaranteed by the NRL for the Gold Coast offer.

So it is going to cost 3.5mill to shift him away from Manly of the GC. That is a fair chunk of money.

As much as I want him Crankster I don't believe there's anything else we can or should do. We did our best, if we don't get him so be it.

I agree. We are at the financial limit of being sensible in my opinion. It is take it or leave it time for DCE as far as I'm concerned.

While Foran signing for the Eels is a bit of a worry with regards to giving Manly more money to throw at DCE, I still don't think it will come down to money for him. Everything you read and hear implies that he isn't well liked by a number of Manly players and this would have only gotten worse with him drawing out contract talks, etc through the media.

However, with all the bad publicity the Titans have gotten recently, signing DCE would be just the boost they need heading into the season, so don't be surprised if the NRL are working behind the scenes to get him to the GC.
