Good points - where would you rank Brooks @350- 400K in there ?

Have watched him pretty closely for the last month and have a more positive gut feel about him now.

Not sure - Trindall still ahead i guess..

Wouldn't mind having a crack at Papali'l if he's still off contract in November. I think we've seen enough of Nikora (well I have) and Graham might move on to France. He's been killing it this year. Will be 23/24 with over 100 games exp by then. Though I expect Eels will snap him up before then but they might be distracted with Gutho and Mahoney.

I don't think he is off contract in November otherwise would have been snapped up by now? I think he is off contract at end of next season and can commence negotiations in November for 2023. I don't think Eels would give early release to a bargain buy.

Key word is might, we haven't really seen any evidence it will happen.
Hard to do much while Graham is on the books. Graham, Nikora, Wilton, Talakai would probably use a good amount of cash we have for edges. Obviously if Wade was to leave that frees up quite a bit and we can chase someone pretty seriously, including probably enough buying power to try and pry someone like Papali'i out early.
