Crawley wrote this morning it is looking like he will be a Bronco. He didn't say he'd agreed. Crawley's article was probably written after it emerged the Sharks had upped their offer dramatically.

Hooper has said in his live blog only 15 mins ago it is 50 50 with Broncos slight favourites.

Somehow I doubt Reynolds is ringing journos every few hours to update them on how he currently feels. In the end he and his manager are the only ones who really know what he is thinking.

And remember the Sharks kept the Bellamy talks secret for 6 months and the McInnes deal under wraps for until the day Riccio broke it. Who knows what they are really doing behind the scenes, I doubt Fitz is sitting on his hands.

... if only there was a way 50 50 could be tweaked to represent that...

My point exactly (and they were his words), that line proves most of the journos don't know what Reynolds is thinking today and it might well be changing by the day.

They get mail for sure, but remember most of the 'inside word' is dropped by managers or others who need to get a message out there to assist in their own negotiations.

If as was reported only a week or so ago, Reynolds had no interest in moving out of Sydney, it was obviously in his interests for his manager to be filling journos heads with thoughts that he would go to the Broncos, in order for Cronulla to up their offer (which has worked)

I want him, but think back to when it looked like we might get DCE, we missed out and the next year got Maloney who won us a comp. Who knows what is around the coroner.

And if by some chance he has agreed to a Sharks deal, even if it was a week ago, there's no way it would be announced until after we play them this weekend.

In saying that I reckon he'll end up a Broncos because they are even more desperate than us.

Is it true this guy hasn't won more premierships than Chad Townsend?
Is that really the kind of player we want in our team?

every time I see your name, I think of that Simpsons episode.

Frankly unless our next halfback has been pushed out of the way in a scrum during a Grand Final I feel it is a step backwards

Crawley hates the Sharks.
Will write ANYTHING to create discord.

As I have been saying, the longer it takes to make announcements, the player pool is dwindling and we will get the dregs. Now chasing Milford, another clubs castoff.

So who we got Moylan, Milford, Tracey and Trindal? Doesn’t sound like the club is keen on SJ

Riccio said he thinks that Broncos are in the box seat because of 3rd party sponsorships. Said that the Sharks had tabled a significant offer.

Sounded like it was more a hunch than based on any inside info.
