His community work was exceptional, but it's been nearly impossible to replace Lewy. You only see a guy that can hit holes like that a few times in a generation.

Head coaches these days need to be man managers more than teachers. Bellyache, Hasler and Robinson have that aura of intimidation and respect. We need someone like that. Bomber probably has respect/loyalty, but nobody is intimidated by him. We need someone to get our strong personalities like Fifs and Duges thinking that if they don't perform they are stuffed. Not to point them out as slacking, just that they seem strong personalities. I don't know who that might be.
