Really liked Copley when he was at the Broncos. I don't know what went wrong for him at the Chooks but he'd definitely be worth a punt if the price is right.

All of the NRL players living in the Shire are going to be of benefit to our Juniors system in the long run.

It's kind of like an non-sanctioned breeding program.

Looks like we are going to sign Edrick Lee with Fensom also forced out of Canberra with salary cap, he's set to join the Cows.

RICKY Stuart has appealed to the NRL to find a better way to reward loyalty in the salary cap, with Canberra poised to release Shaun Fensom and Edrick Lee on the eve of the new season.

Stuart told The Daily Telegraph the decision to release the pair was “the hardest thing I have had to do as Raiders coach”.

With the kick-off to the 2017 season a week away, Fensom is set to join North Queensland in the coming days while Lee is tipped to sign with premiers Cronulla.

He'l be fine . Big game Nerves might have got the best of him last year .
Tall and can catch a bomb .
In the same elite speed range as Roberts ( see my Lee footage below )
Might need work on defense and seems a left side winger at the Raiders.
Anyone know if he's had a dig at the right side ?

Size and Speed , just starting to get to prime age .
A try every 2nd game on average .
What's not to like , provided he can play outside a cunning centre in Bird and the BOTH learn defend well together .
That will be Flanno's challenge .

Yeah Lee's a good pickup if it goes ahead. Pretty happy about it really, has some rough edges but still young-ish and can get better.

But its ok to just sack a pile of players and set up a few seasons of cap problems like he did at parra.
