cook never asked for a release and was never entertaining us

parcell is though

Personally, I think its time to announce that we are going to run with what we have.

Put Nu Brown , Brailey and Cherrington into the off season and then pre season with a very big carrot dangled in front.

I really don't think the club needs to make an announcement about that.

Heigno has told his manager that under no circumstances can he see, or wants to be part of a Knights team struggling to score points. Has asked his manager to strike a deal with us. Expect to hear of his re-signing next week.

I disagree. I've got nothing against Heino but we have to start turning over these old blokes or we will be starting from scratch.

Tepatasi Fuiava is a prop from our NYC side who might be ready next year if he is re signed. Same with Leon Tupuola, who played with the jets a bit last year.

Daniel Vasquez could be right by 2018. He's the guy I'd love to see us develop. Talented Australian under 18 rep prop.

In terms of age and NYC experience, Justin Timu might also be ready. No idea of contract or talent.

They are saying about 200.

Just read a fox sport article saying 100K. Confusing. Either way it is a laugh. If it is 100k then it is weird due to saying 300k wasn't enough at Dragons. Also the article was mentioning he'd most likely be a bench player.

I don't care what position Benchie plays, just as long as he gets smashed by Luke Lewis straight after doing one of his Benchie skips

I think Benji is finished and not fussed really.

However Brisbane's ability to sign players on way under market value is a joke and creates an uneven playing field.

Parker and Lockyer are prime examples.

Its funny though, winning a premiership makes me much calmer about things like this.

Broncos will be in strife once the coppers hand over the documents they took from the 4 player agents raided yesterday. Hope we haven't done anything stupid.

Getting Benji for nothing would still be paying too much.
