Interesting. That comes down to training techniques, and in this case, surely they can see the pattern and rectify the problem.

you would think they would of done that at the end of last year when we had numerous of these injuries resulting in many of our players missing sessions

I respect the fact that many of you want to see Flanno (and the club for that matter) utilise our local juniors more. I get that. However, as it stands right now, I have followed this club for over 35 years, and have NOTHING to show for it. I agree that any club should show faith and develop local talent, but right now, for a club which has been in existence for as long as our Sharks have without success, I have no problems with us looking to more established and experienced players to get us a premiership sooner. Juniors are for our future, for sure. A premiership is for today, and you cant win a comp with juniors. We have waited long enough. When we win a comp, this experience will take our juniors to the next level. They will taste success, and chase success because it felt so good. Right now our juniors are aspiring to play for an average team, with average expectations. Lets win a comp first, by any means. Then give our juniors something to live up to.
