Politis really wants that jenko/fergo combo, but I'd guess it was all talk. With mini gone, and rts shifted to fb, you could see either fergo or skids shifted to the wing.

TITANS UNDER PRESSURE TO KEEP SEZER
GOLD COAST BULLETIN – NOVEMBER 18, 2014
AIDAN SEZER, DALY CHERRY-EVANS, GOLD COAST TITANS, LUKE KEARY, NEWS
Aidan Sezer

The Gold Coast Titans are facing a battle to retain five-eighth Aidan Sezer .

Sezer is off-contract next year with a number of Sydney clubs interested in bringing the Bankstown product home.

The Bulletin can also reveal senior Titans figures are privately worried the 23-year-old pivot could be tempted back to Sydney.

Adding further uncertainty to the situation are revelations the Titans are targeting premiership-winning halves Daly Cherry-Evans and Luke Keary for 2016.

Dude, Kennedy has already signed.

Blair wont leave

BENNETT LOOKS TO BLAIR TO BEEF UP BRONCOS
COURIER MAIL – NOVEMBER 18, 2014
ADAM BLAIR, BRISBANE BRONCOS, NEWS, WESTS TIGERS
Adam Blair

Wayne Bennett's shake-up of the Broncos has hit overdrive with the coach targeting Kiwi Test prop Adam Blair to add size and mongrel to Brisbane 's engine room.

The Courier-Mail can reveal Blair is the latest player on Brisbane's recruiting hit list as Bennett searches for the hard edge to give the Broncos a title-winning platform.

The Broncos have been linked with Roosters forward Frank-Paul Nu'uausala. And while former Maroons hitman Neville Costigan , who recently quit Hull KR in England, is keen to return to the Broncos, Blair is the front-row firebrand on Brisbane's radar.

It is understood Bennett is interested in having Blair on Brisbane's books for 2015, although the Tigers would have to rescind the final year of his current deal.

Every spare dollar?

He's handy and I'd be happy to sign him as a 7... but he's weirdly overrated on here. Not in the top 10 halves in the comp.

Cherry-Evans on the other hand is worth huge money. And a good mate of his is our new 6.

No room for common sense here.

But i'd take Sezer as a fallback

Yeah yeah slight exaggeration but I would like us to go hard at him. He's a better organiser than he gets credit for, very good kicking and passing game, doesn't mind running the ball. He'd compliment Barba perfectly imo. The only thing is his recent injuries so there is a risk there.

If we signed him then I would be more excited about 2016 than any season for a long time.

I didn't mean to have a go at you for hyperbole. That comes with a forum.

But I genuinely think Seizer is overrated. His skills are good and he tackles well. I like that he's an accuarate left foot kicker. But he's not a guy you see taking the ball at the line and putting his runners in to gaps. And I'm not sure he really dictates a game with his kicking like Reynolds and Cronk do.

I dunno. Maybe its coaching. And a lot has been expected of him.since Prince retired. But he just doesn't seem to influence games like the elite halves do.

All good mate, I knew you weren't having a dig. I was exaggerating a bit which I'm prone to doing at times.:p

Jeesh, Adam Blair? I'm pretty sure I'd rather Hannant, but I guess the Broncos got him on the cheap? Actually, they don't have a salary cap so perhaps not.
