According to Sharky 14 those spots have been taken by Holmes, Brown and one more, might be Nathan Green who has apparently just signed.

I heard somewhere that Nu Brown and the Love Detective MAY have been upgraded ( therefore 2 spots taken )

I'm no expert, but I believe there are limitations on the amount of games non-25 players can play.
eg. injuries to the top 25, the amount of games they can play and also salary cap penalties/restrictions.
As a mater of interest which 4 players do you believe to be outside of the top 25 tier?

If so then yes we should have 3 spots available. Hopefully Holmes moga and green will fill them
